Bedtime Safety Precautions

What are your security needs or routines for bedtime?

  • Lock the door...
  • Set up the coffee pot...
  • Turn all lights off....
  • Blow out all candles...
  • Give hugs and kisses to those you love...
  • Say your prayers..
  • Brush your teeth...
Tonight, Miles had a new concern... or something - I'm still struggling to understand his logic!

Do you fear excessive night sweats leading to a salty sting in your eyes?
Are you nervous about the threat of foreign objects or high winds injuring your eyes?

Yes... you ARE seeing this!
A light blue sweat band and blue goggles!
What was he thinking?!

I'm positive this is not normal behavior and I'm hoping this is a one time ordeal.
Any thoughts about possible motives?

How does a boy's mind work?
How does a 2-year-old's mind work?

NOTE: no children were harmed by allowing said attire. Once subject was asleep, all unusual items were removed.

You've definitely got a special one on your hands. Nathan would have done something like that as a child. Being married to him, surely you were expecting some weird tendencies!!! :)

Ha Ha Ha Ha...this is just Miles' way of saying 'Take me to Aunt Sarah and Scott's house so I can ride on the dirt bike!!' All I am saying is you might want to come prepared with his helmet and gagoos anytime you head to Colfax.

I think Miles has design engineering tendencies. Better check his math scores.
